We don't sell these on their own. They're the steps that make a paint job last, and we include them in our interior and exterior painting quotes. The quote lists every repair so you see exactly what's being fixed.
What prep covers
- Pressure washing or soft washing before exterior paint
- Replacing rotted fascia, trim, and door frame wood
- Filling stucco cracks and patching drywall
- Caulking gaps and priming bare or stained spots
Why it matters in Florida
Sun, humidity, and afternoon storms find every weak spot. Paint over mildew, rot, or open cracks and it will peel within a couple of years. Doing the prep right is what separates a paint job that lasts from one that doesn't.
